INGREDIENTS: (Makes 12)
- 75g 0% Greek Yogurt
- 40ml Skimmed Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
- 150g Plain Flour
- 20g Coco Powder
- 75g Caster Sugar
- 1/4tsp Salt
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- 100g Dark Chocolate

METHOD:
- Pre-heat the oven to 170’c
- Mix together the yogurt, milk, eggs and vanilla extract and set to one side
- Mix together the flour, coco powder, sugar, salt and baking powder
- Sift the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and whisk together until you get a smooth batter
- Next add 100g chopped dark chocolate and mix into the batter, leaving a little to one side for toppings
- Line a baking tray and fill with the brownie mix, sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top
- Place into the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes for a gooey texture, 20 minutes for a cake texture
- Leave to cool on a wire rack before serving
