INGREDIENTS: (Serves 6)
- 450g 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
- 50g Whey Protein Powder
- 50g Frozen Blueberries
- 25g Frozen Mixed Berries
- 20g Granola
- 2tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 1tsp Sweet Ground Cinnamon
MACROS:
- 97 Calories
- 8g Carbs
- 13g Protein
- 2g Fat
METHOD:
- Line a flat plate or tray with baking paper (make sure it will fit in your freezer)
- Mix the yogurt and protein powder together in a bowl until smooth and then spread over baking paper creating a flat smooth surface
- Top with frozen fruit and granola, sprinkling evenly
- Dust with sweet cinnamon and drizzle on the maple syrup
- Place in the freezer for around 6 hours and then remove to slice
- Store in the freezer and remove for a few minutes before you plan to eat and enjoy!
- Serve
