After the huge success of our Female Feel Good Day earlier in the year, we’re back with a bang! Join us on Saturday 1st February 2025 from 9.30am to 4pm for another day of wellness, relaxation and mood boosting activities.
The Female Feel Good Day is open to ALL women, you do not need to be a studio member. Grab your mum, sister, cousin and best friend and come and spend the day with us.
There are a limited number of non-refundable tickets available, we suggest booking early to avoid disappointment.
If you are buying more than one ticket, please add the names of who the tickets are for in the order notes at checkout. This will ensure you are on the guest list on the day!
