We aim to support women through exercise to build a healthy, happy and confident lifestyle.  Our classes and personal training options are for all women and all abilities, meaning there will always be an option that suits you! We want you to feel strong, empowered and supported throughout your health and fitness journey, whilst being part of an incredible community of like-minded women. WHAT CLASSES DO WE OFFER?

Our beginner bootcamp is for anyone brand new to exercise, returning after an extended break, in need of lower impact exercises or a slower paced class. Expect to get a sweat on and feel your muscles working, with a mixture of strength and cardio exercises!

Expect to get a sweat on with this fast paced class! Feel your muscles burn with both bodyweight movements and weighted exercises!

Bump, Baby & Brew is a pre and post natal class. This class is for women who want to continue their fitness journey throughout their pregnancy and for those returning to exercise post birth.  We recognise that this can be an incredible, yet challenging time for women, and for this reason we are including the option to stick around for 30 minutes at the end for a brew and a chat.  You can share, laugh, cry if you need, give and take advice, and just spend a little time with other women that understand where you’re at.  The class itself will be 45 minutes followed followed by 30 minutes at the end for a chat and a brew.  Babies are welcome too of course! 

*The studio is upstairs so there is no pram access, carriers only.  Pre-walking babies only due to health & safety.  

Are you looking to become that all round athlete?
Then our Hybrid classes are for you!
Combining different approaches to training including strength work, functional fitness, cardio and endurance.
These classes will allow you to familiarise yourself with HYROX movement standards and get you race day ready!

It’s leg day ladies! Lets work those lower bodies and build strong muscles. We will work the quads, glutes and hamstrings through a range of different movements. Challenging your body and building your strength.

Mum Club is for all you busy mummas that struggle to fit in your sessions around childcare! Bring your child along to class with you and they can either join in with the session using lighter weights or watch you work.
 
*Limited to two children per adult. Your child is your responsibility and if they are joining in with the workout they must stay with you throughout the session. If they are watching the workout they must stay sat in the designated area. This is for the safety of all people in the studio space. Payment is for the adult only. Children attend for free.

The class for your peachy bum & your strong core! This class uses free weights, resistance bands & bodyweight to work the lower body & core. Legs, bums & tums with an NRF twist.

Power Pilates combines core-strengthening Pilates movements alongside dynamic exercises for a full-body workout.
This class is designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance while enhancing your overall fitness.
Expect a challenging yet accessible class that targets your core, glutes, arms, and legs through a series of controlled, flowing movements. Perfect for all fitness levels.

It’s time to take out your frustrations, get those endorphins flowing and punch your way through this high paced class.
You will be learning and executing basic boxing drills, working with and pushing one another, and you will come away feeling absolutely incredible.
We will be using pad work and our boxing bags, as well as throwing in some spicy cardio to make sure you feeeeeel the burn!

Join us for a 5km walk, jog or sprint around Heaton Park.
Go at your own pace, challenge yourself or poodle along, enjoy the empowerment of your all female girl gang and start the day in a really positive way.
Feel free to bring dogs & children! We meet at the boating lake at 8.30am every Sunday!

Strong does what it says on the tin. There is nothing more empowering than realising that actually you CAN get stronger, lift heavier and exceed your own expectations. This class will include barbell compound exercises alongside accessory work that will improve your full body strength. Think squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, pull ups, presses and so much more! This is a fantastic opportunity to learn great technique outside of a gym environment whilst having fun with a fab group of women. 

For females aged 13-17.
This class will teach our girls how to lift weights safely, to get strong and to feel empowered.
Structured as a full body workout based on traditional resistance training with some spicy cardio to keep everyone on their toes! Think squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, pull ups, presses, and so much more!
This is a fab opportunity to be introduced to the gym world in an all female, friendly and empowering environment.

You gotta get that upper body work in gals!
Let’s work our upper body so we can roll our eyes when we get asked if we ‘need help with that’.
We will be working the back, shoulders, biceps, triceps and chest, and of course throwing in some core work too.
This class will use barbells, cables, dumbbells, bodyweight and so much more!

Bootcamp but next level!
This 1 hour long weekend addition is the BEST way to start your day.
We work in pairs or teams, pushing one another to the limits. Think fast paced, high intensity, amazing vibes and high flowing endorphins.
This will kick start your Saturday in the most exhilarating way and give you a full body workout like no other!

Vinyasa Yoga with Katie from Kokoro Wellness is a class suitable for all levels, blending strength-building sequences with soothing stretches. Experience the harmony of breath and movement in a welcoming space designed to nurture your body and mind.

It is £10.00 per class. Bundle options available.

5 class pass bundle - £42.50

20 class pass bundle - £130

And a brand new option: Monthly Unlimited Class Pass - £79 

This monthly unlimited pass entitles you to attend as many classes as you want over a one month period.  So if you like to join us multiple times per week this is your most cost effective option.

*The pass will start from your date of purchase and expire after one month. It is not a contract and will not auto renew unless you select this option. Excludes any special, additional classes or workshops.All bundle options and single class passes will still be available.

NRF Training

NRF Training is a Personal Training service within TeamNRF.  Personal Training is a perfect option for someone fairly new to exercise and would like a more hands-on approach to instruction. It means I can ensure you get the most out of your sessions with me and on your own. It will push you further than you thought you could and teach you how to train with intensity.

Our Ethos

My mission as a coach is to provide you with a support system that allows you to feel empowered to reach the goals you set yourself.  I endeavour to create a supportive environment of likeminded women who will uplift and support one another in all areas of life, both in and out of the gym.  By creating a community of strong women, I truly believe that we will all be capable of anything we desire.

I strive to provide you with the best level of personal training and nutritional advice possible and will continue to study in order to provide the best service I can.
