REFUND POLICY
This refund policy covers all purchases made through the website www.nicolerebeccafitness.com and through Nicole directly. The refund policy states that all purchases made both via the website and Nicole directly are non refundable. Exceptions can be made but this is at the discretion of Nicole and any refund enquires should be made with Nicole. If you have any questions that are not covered in the Refund Policy please do not hesitate to contact us.
NRF TRAINING
NRF Training is a non refundable service however changes can be made to personal training times, both via zoom and face to face. Please request any changes directly with Nicole at least 24 hours prior to your training time. Any changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may result in losing your session and you will be unable to rebook the session. This is entirely at the discretion of Nicole.
NRF COACHING
NRF Coaching is a non refundable service. For any questions or queries regarding Nicole Rebecca Fitness Coaching, please contact Nicole.
NRF HOME
NRF HOME is a non refundable service however in extenuating circumstances it may be possible to change the monthly membership at the discretion of Nicole. Any change requests should be made through Nicole directly.
MERCHANDISE
NRF Merchandise including Clothing, Planners and Guides are non refundable. If for any reason there is a fault with your merchandise please contact Nicole directly. Please be careful when ordering any Clothing through the Nicole Rebecca Fitness website as Clothing is made to order.
