The NRF Handbook is ideal to help you learn, grow and develop throughout your health and fitness journey! One of the most important things to me is that you understand the hows and whys of what I suggest you do to aid your fitness journey – It’s important for me that you understand how it all works for you and your body! The more knowledge you have about your own body, the better results you will get and the healthier, happier and more confident you will be! And that is my ultimate goal!
