The NRF Peach Perfect Plan! This is a 12 week training plan split into 4 week blocks. There is an emphasis on the lower body but we have covered all bases with your training split. This plan is suitable for those with some experience in the gym and will help to guide you through a progressive 12 weeks, encouraging you to progressively overload your muscles and grow grow grow!
If you want to grow your glutes and feel healthier, happier and more confident in the process then this is the plan for you!

- 3 x 4 week training blocks
- Weeks 1-4 include 2 x upper and 2 x lower plans
- Weeks 5-8 include 1 x push, 1 x pull and 3 x lower plans
- Weeks 9-12 include 1 x push, 1 x pull and 3 x lower plans
