INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 220g Baking Potato
- 1 Tin Tuna in Spring Water
- 1 Tablespoon Lighter than Light Mayo
- 15g Light Grated Cheese
- Salt & Pepper

- 6g Fat
METHOD:
- Pierce your potato and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes (You can choose to remove the potato and finish in the oven to crisp it up!)
- Strain the water from the tuna
- Mix the tuna, salt and pepper and mayonnaise in a bowl and combine
- Sprinkle the cheese onto the hot potato
- Top with the tuna mixture
- Serve with side salad.
