INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 2 Sweet Potato Wraps (other wraps can be used!)
- 120g Raw Chicken Breast
- 1 slice unsmoked lean bacon medallion
- 30g lighter than light mayo
- 15g Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Handful of mixed salad leaves
- Southern fried chicken seasoning

METHOD:
- Heat a large frying pan over a medium heat and spray with fry light
- Add the chopped chicken to the pan and seal on all sides
- Sprinkle the southern fried seasoning over the chicken and mix
- Add the bacon to the pan and continue to fry until everything is cooked through
- Meanwhile, place the wraps onto a plate and layer the sauces and salad through the middle of the wrap
- Once the chicken and bacon is cooked through, add to the wraps and enjoy!
- Serve
