- 1 Bagel Thin
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 'No Added Sugar or Salt' Beans snap pot

METHOD:
- Place your bagel in the toaster and cook to your desire
- Place the beans in the microwave and cook as per the packet instructions
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and spray with fry light
- Crack the egg into the pan and fry until cooked to your liking
- Combine the bagel, beans and egg on a plate
