INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Eggs
- Salt & Pepper
- Spinach
- 3 Lean Bacon Medallions
- 1/2 Red Pepper
- Low Cal Cooking Spray
MACROS (Per Muffin):
- 66 Calories
- 1g Carbs
- 6g Protein
- 4g Fat
METHOD:
- Fry off your filling in a non stick pan with some low cal cooking spray
- Whisk 6 eggs together
- Pour filling into egg mix
- Pour the mix into a muffin tray, ensuring each is only 3/4 full - they will rise
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees
