INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 1 Banana
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
- 40g Oats
- 200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 10g Biscoff
- 50g Blueberries
MACROS:
- 501 Calories
- 65g Carbs
- 28g Protein
- 14g Fat
METHOD:
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until a thick gloopy consistency
- Put a pan on a medium heat and spray with low cal cooking spray
- Pour about a 5th of the mixture into the pan, it will settle into a shape (don’t use egg moulds as it makes them too thick and they won’t cook)
- Cook on this side until you can move the pancake around the pan
- Flip and finish off for around 30 seconds to a min on the other side
- Pop onto a plate and repeat with the next pancake until you have used all the mixture
- Pile them all up and chuck on your topics and serve
