INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 1 Salmon Fillet
- 200g Raw Sweet Potato
- Mixed Salad Leaves
- 1tsp Peri Peri Seasoning
- 1tsp Paprika & Salt Chip Seasoning
- Light Cooking Spray
MACROS:
- 380 Calories

- 31g Protein
- 10g Fat
METHOD:
- Pre-heat the oven to 190’c and line a baking tray with tin foil
- Chop your sweet potato into chip shapes and add to the baking tray, sprinkling with the chip seasoning. Add to the oven for 25 minutes
- Meanwhile, place a small piece of tinfoil on a tray and place the salmon fillet on top. Sprinkle with the peri peri and then wrap the fillet in the tin foil
- When the timer goes off for the chips, turn them and return to the oven with the salmon fillet for a further 20 minutes
- Remove and serve with a side salad
