INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
- 20g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 50g Blueberries
- 15g Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg White
- 2 Crumpets

METHOD:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180’c
- Cut your crumpets in half and line them up in a small oven dish
- In a bowl, add your protein powder, egg and egg white, almond milk and vanilla extract then mix together
- Pour the mixture over the crumpets ensuring they are all covered and soaking. Next, add all your blueberries and chocolate chips
- Add to the oven for 20 minutes or until golden
