INGREDIENTS: (Makes 8)
- 8 Medjool Dates
- 100g Sea Salt Dark Chocolate
- 30g Gingerbread Almond Butter
- Coconut Oil Fry Light
- 10g Raspberry Bits
MACROS:
- 137 Calories
- 17g Carbs
- 2g Protein
- 6g Fat
METHOD:
- Cut in half and de-stone the dates
- Fill each one with a little almond butter and squeeze shut
- Melt 80g of the chocolate in the microwave and coat each date evenly
- Put in the freezer for 10 minutes
- Melt the last 20g of the chocolate with a little coconut oil
- Add more chocolate to each date and sprinkle with raspberry bits
- Return to the freezer for 15 minutes
- Store in the fridge!
