INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 40g Porridge Oats
- 25g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 Egg White
- Unsweetened Almond Milk (to loosen)
MACROS:
- 344 Calories
- 45g Carbs
- 28g Protein
- 7g Fat
METHOD:
- Put the oats, protein powder, banana and egg white in a blender and combine until smooth
- Add almond milk if needed to loosen the mixture and blend again
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and spray with fry light
- Add your mixture to the pan and turn the heat down to low
- Cook until nearly cooked through and then flip and finish on the other side for 20-40 seconds
- Add desired toppings! (These macros are only for the pancakes!)
