INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 125g Lean Beef Mince
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
- 1tsp Worcesteshire sauce
- 1/2 Beef Stock Pot
- 5 Mushrooms
- 1/2 Pepper
- 1/2 White Onion
- 15g Lighter Grated Cheese
- 60g Wholemeal Pasta (Dry Weight)
- 1/2 Carton Passata
- Light Cooking Spray
- 1/2 tsp Lazy Garlic
- Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
MACROS:
- 600 Calories
- 71g Carbs
- 45g Protein
- 14g Fat
METHOD:
- Heat large saucepan over a medium heat and spray with fry light
- Add your onion and lazy garlic and fry until the onion starts to soften
- Add the mushrooms and pepper and stir
- Add the mince, ensuring you seperate it so that it doesn't cook in lumps
- Season with salt & pepper and oregano
- Once the mince has browned, add the tomato puree, worcestershire sauce, stock pot and passata
- Turn the heat down and leave to simmer for 20-30 minutes
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta as per the packet instructions
- Serve the bolognese on top of the pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese
