Recipes - Dinner
INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 60g Spinach Farfalle Pasta
- 150g Cooked King Prawns
- 50g Lighter Garlic & Herb Soft Cheese
- 2 Mushrooms
- 1/2 Onion
- 1tsp Lazy Garlic
- Light Cooking Spray
- Chilli Garlic Salt

- 355 Calories
- 29g Carbs
- 36g Protein
- 10g Fat
METHOD:
- Cook pasta per packet instructions
- Spray large frying pan with cooking spray and add diced onion and garlic, cook for around 2 minutes until onion starts to brown
- Add chopped mushrooms to the pan, cook for around 5 mins or until cooked through. Season with chilli garlic salt
- Once the pasta has cooked, drain and set aside
- Add prawns to the pan with the mushrooms etc, ensure you don't put them in too early or they will go rubbery
- Pour the pasta into the pan along with the soft cheese and stir until everything is coated and piping hot
- Serve and season with garlic chilli salt
