INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 100g Chicken Breast (raw)
- 150g Edamame Bean Stir Fry Mix
- 1tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 125g Barenaked Protein Noodles
- 25g Wholewheat Noodles
- 50g Tenderstem Broccoli
- 4 Mushrooms
- Lazy Garlic
- Salt & Pepper & Chilli Flakes
- Low Cal Cooking Spray
MACROS:
- 350 Calories
- 36g Carbs
- 41g Protein
- 4g Fat
METHOD:
- Heat a wok and spray with fry light
- Add the garlic to the pan and fry for 30 seconds
- Add the diced chicken breast and fry for 2-3 mins until starts to cook on each side
- Add the mushrooms and season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes
- Add the stir fry mix and cook the wholewheat noodles in a seperate pan as per instructions
- Add the cooked tenderstem broccoli and stir fry mix to the wok and combine. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until it begins to soften
- Drain the protein noodles and add them and the wholewheat noodles to the pan
- Add the soy sauce and combine. Fry for a further 2 minutes until everything is cooked through
