INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 150g Tempeh
- 1 Carrot
- 100g Green Beans
- 1/2 Broccoli
- 100g Raw Courgette
- 1/2tsp soy sauce
- 1/2tsp sesame oil
- 1/2tsp chilli flakes
MACROS:
- 411 Calories
- 57g Carbs
- 33.5g Protein
- 21g Fat
METHOD:
- Chop up all of your ingredients into bite sized pieces
- Heat a frying pan and spray with fry light
- Once hot, add the broccoli and carrot and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add the courgette, green beans and tempeh and fry for 4-5 minutes
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil and chilli flakes and stir, fry for a final minute until cooked
