INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 150g Tofu
- Handful Spinach Leaves
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1 Wholemeal Wrap
- 1/2 Red Pepper
- 1/2tsp Cumin
- 1/2tbsp Thyme
- 1/2tsp Zatar
- 1/2tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2tsp Celery Salt
MACROS:
- 443 Calories
- 47g Carbs
- 21g Protein
- 19g Fat
METHOD:
- Grate the tofu into small pieces
- In a bowl, mix the cumin, thyme, zatar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, celery salt and 10ml olive oil, set aside
- Heat a frying pan and spray with fry light, add the tofu over a high heat and fry
- Pop the wrap under the grill to heat for 1 minute
- Once the wrap is hot, add the sliced salad, red onion and red pepper
- Top with the crispy tofu and drizzle over the sauce you prepared earlier
