INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 1 Greek Flatbread
- 90g Cooked Chicken Breast
- 150g Mixed Mediterranean Veg
- 50g Smashed Avocado
MACROS:
- 408 Calories
- 34g Carbs
- 27g Protein
- 16g Fat
METHOD:
- Pre-heat the oven to 190’c
- Spray tray with frylite and add veg, put this into the oven for 25 mins occasionally turning
- When the veg is nearly cooked pop your flatbread onto the oven shelf for around 2 mins
- Once veg is cooked and flatbread is warmed through, put your avocado, chicken and vegetables on top of the flatbread and enjoy!
VEGGIE?
Try replacing the Chicken breast with Quorn pieces or Tofu!
