INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 50g Oats
- 2 Tablespoons 0% Yogurt
- One Scoop Whey Protein
- Un-Sweetened Almond Milk
- Berries
MACROS:
- 402 Calories
- 42g Carbs
- 35g Protein
- 7g Fat
METHOD:
- Put 50g oats into a sealable container
- Add one scoop of whey protein and mix
- Add two tablespoons 0% yogurt
- Pour almond milk into mixture and mix to desired consistency
- Top with berries and pop into the fridge overnight
- Enjoy in the morning
