INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 1 Bagel Thin
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Bacon Medallions
- 1 Mushroom
- Spinach Leaves
MACROS:
- 326 Calories
- 25g Carbs
- 32g Protein
- 10g Fat
METHOD:
- Heat a large frying pan and spray with coconut oil
- Place the bacon and mushroom around the edge of the pan and begin to cook
- Separate the egg white and yolk
- Tip the egg white into the pan and place the top of the bagel over it
- Tip the egg yolk into the hole and wait until it is cooked to desired consistency
- Build the layers of the bagel, placing the egg bagel on top
