INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 50g Porridge Oats
- 1 Scoop Salted Caramel Whey Protein
- 1/2 Apple
- 15g Raisins
- 10g Almond Butter
- 1 tsp Sweet Cinnamon
- Un-Sweetened Almond Milk
- 50g Frozen Mixed Berries

METHOD:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180’c
- Spray an oven proof dish with coconut oil and set to one side
- In a microwaveable tub, combine the oats, protein powder, raisins and almond milk to desired consistency
- Place mixture in the microwave for 1 minute
- Add frozen berries to the mixture and combine
- Place mixture into the oven proof dish and push down so that it fills all spaces
- Top the mixture with the apple, sweet cinnamon and almond butter
- Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes
- Serve
