INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 1/2 Pouch of Microwave Rice
- 150g Cooked King Prawns
- 1/2 an Avocado
- 1 Handful of Spinach Leaves
- Black Pepper and Chilli Seasoning
MACROS:
- 385 Calories
- 40g Carbs
- 27g Protein
- 13g Fat
METHOD:
- Cook the rice as per the instructions
- Whilst the rice is cooking add the spinach, avocado and prawns to a bowl
- Season with black pepper & chilli
- Add the rice and combine
- Serve
