INGREDIENTS: (Serves 4)
- 400g Raw Chicken Breast
- 400g Mixed Mushrooms
- 1 Medium Onion Sliced
- 2 Garlic Cloves Crushed
- 120g Reduced Fat Soft Cheese Garlic & Herb
- 120g Mozzarella Grated
- 200g Dry Wholewheat Pasta
- Long Stem Broccoli

METHOD:
- Spray frylight onto a nonstick frying pan over a medium-high heat. Cook the chicken, stirring, for 5 minutes or until browned.
- Turn the heat down to medium. Cook the onion, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are golden and tender.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in pan as per packet instructions.
- Cook broccoli for 5-8 mins to soften.
- Once pasta has cooked add to chicken pan.
- Stir in soft cheese, mozzarella and broccoli
- Continue to stir until all mixed well
- Serve
