INGREDIENTS: (Serves 2)
- 6 Chicken Sausages
- 140g Dry Wholemeal Pasta
- 2 Eggs
- 20g Light Cheddar Cheese
- 100g Broccoli
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 2 Handfuls Spinach Leaves

- 39g Protein
- 10g Fat
METHOD:
- Spray frying pan with low cal cooking spray and heat over medium heat
- Cut sausages into 4 evenly sized pieces and fry on a medium heat with the onion
- Separately, boil the broccoli and pasta in saucepans as you usually would
- In a bowl, whisk the egg and then add the cheese and season with salt and pepper
- Whilst the sausages are cooking, add the garlic to the frying pan
- Once everything is cooked, add the broccoli, spinach and pasta to the sausages in the frying pan and combine
- Add the egg and cheese sauce mixture to the pan and cook for a further 5 minutes
- Serve
