INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 1 Wholemeal Pitta Bread
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
- 1 Bacon Medallion
- 1 Mushroom
- 50g Cooked Chicken Breast
- 20g Light Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Spring Onion

METHOD:
- Pre-heat the oven to 190’c
- Spread the tomato puree evenly over the pitta bread
- Sprinkle the oregano evenly over the base
- Place on the chicken, bacon, mushrooms and spring onion, spreading them out evenly
- Sprinkle on the cheese
- Place on a baking tray and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden
- Serve
