Recipes - Dinner
INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 60g Dry Wholemeal Pasta
- 1 Individual Pot Light Philadelphia Spread
- 150g Cooked Prawns
- 1/2 Broccoli
- 3 Mushrooms
- 1 Shallot
- 1/2 Red Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Lazy Garlic
- 1/4 Teaspoon Lazy Chilli

- 51g Carbs
- 32g Protein
- 7g Fat
METHOD:
- Cook pasta as per packet instructions and set to one side
- Cook the broccoli in a saucepan for 5-6 minutes to soften, then strain and set to one side
- Heat a large frying pan with coconut oil and add the shallot, garlic and chilli and fry until shallot starts to soften
- Add the mushrooms, broccoli and pepper to the pan and fry for a further 2 minutes
- Add the prawns and Philadelphia to the pan and combine, cook until everything is hot throug
- Stir in the pasta and serve
- Serve
