INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 1 Greek Flatbread
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
- 50g Cooked Chicken
- 1 Mushroom
- 2 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/4 Pepper
- 30g Light Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Mixed Salad
- Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

METHOD:
- Pre-heat the oven to 190’c
- Spread the tomato puree evenly over the flatbread
- Sprinkle the oregano evenly over the base
- Place on the chicken, pepper, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, spreading them out evenly
- Sprinkle on the cheese
- Place on a baking tray and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden
- Serve with your salad and balsamic vinegar dressing
