- 1 Cinnamon & Raisin Bagel Thin
- 100ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Sweet Cinnamon

METHOD:
- Whisk the egg, almond milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon together in a bowl
- Place the bagel into the mixture and let it soak through for a minute or two.
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and spray with coconut oil
- Add the bagel to the pan and cook evenly on each side until golden
- Serve
