INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 1 Warburtons Soft & Sliced Bagel
- 2 Bacon Medallions
- 50g Smashed Avocado
- 100g Sweet Vine Ripened Tomatoes
- Handful of Mixed Leaves

- 427 Calories
- 45g Carbs
- 20g Protein
- 17g Fat
METHOD:
- Pop your bacon medallions under the grill until crispy
- Whilst your bacon is cooking put your bagel in the toaster and slice your tomatoes
- Once your bagel is toasted spread 50g of smashed avocado evenly onto both sides
- Pop your bacon and cherry tomatoes on and enjoy
