INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 1 Bagel Thin
- 50g Smashed Avocado
- 2 Smoked Bacon Medallions
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/4tsp Chilli Flakes

- 26g Protein
- 14g Fat
METHOD:
- Put your 2 bacon medallions under the grill for around 10 mins turning half way through
- Spray non stick pay with fry light and crack your eg, fry until cooked through
- Whilst the bacon and eggs are cooking pop your bagel into the toaster
- Once your bagel is toasted pop onto a plate and spread your smashed avocado evenly over both sides
- Get your bacon out of the grill and pop on one side, place egg on the other. and Enjoy!
