INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 150g Egg Whites
- 30g Light Grated Cheese
- 1 Bacon Medallion
- 100g Mushrooms
- 60g Sourdough
- 10g Lurpak
MACROS:
- 403 Calories
- 33g Carbs
- 40g Protein
- 12g Fat
METHOD:
- Spray a frying pan with olive oil fry light and add the chopped mushrooms and bacon
- Once they have nearly cooked through add the egg white and cheese and allow to cook for 1-2 mins
- Meanwhile, add your bread to a toaster
- Fold the omelette in half and cook until fully cooked through, flipping over when nearly ready
- Remove your bread from the toaster and butter
- Dish everything up together and enjoy
