INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 50g Oats
- 30g Vanilla Whey Protein
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 15g Raisins
- 1 Medium Apple
- 1tsp Cinnamon
- 1tsp Nutmeg
- 10g Honey

- 29g Protein
- 8g Fat
METHOD:
- Pre-heat the oven to 190’c
- Add the oats, raisins, milk and protein powder to a bowl and combine
- Place in the microwave for 1 minute and then add to an oven proof dish (spray with 1 cal spray first)
- Set mixture aside for now
- Make the apple: Cut the apple into small chunks and add to a saucepan
- Cover with boiling water and add the nutmeg and cinnamon, giving everything a stir
- Boil for around 8 minutes or until the apple is soft, drain off any water
- Add honey to the saucepan and stir through
- Add to the top of the oat mixture and pop into the oven for 20 minutes or until golden
