INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 40g Oats
- 30g Biscuit Spread Protein Powder
- 25g Frozen Mixed Berries
- Unsweetened Almond Milk To Mix
- 10g Biscoff Spread
- 1 Lotus Biscuit
MACROS:
- 430 Calories
- 50g Carbs
- 29g Protein
- 13g Fat
METHOD:
- Pre heat the oven to 200'. In a bowl, mix the oats, protein powder and almond milk until combined in a thick mixture
- Pop in the microwave for 1 minute
- Add the berries and stir to combine
- Spray an oven proof dish with fry light and add the mixture, pat it down so that it fills all of the space
- Top with biscoff spread and a lotus biscuit
- Pop it in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden on top
