INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 50g Porridge Oats
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
- 50g Blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon (level) Biscoff Spread
- Un-Sweetened Almond Milk

- 53g Carbs
- 31g Protein
- 17g Fat
METHOD:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180’c
- Spray an oven proof dish with low cal cooking spray and set to one side
- In a microwaveable tub, combine the oats, protein powder and almond milk to desired consistency
- Place mixture in the microwave for 1 minute
- Add blueberries to the mixture
- Place mixture into the oven proof dish and push down so that it fills all spaces
- Top the mixture with the biscoff spread
- Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes
- Serve
