INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 50g Oats
- 30g Vanilla Whey Protein
- 120ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 40g Frozen Berries
- 15g Chocolate Spread
- 1 Biscoff Biscuit
MACROS:
- 489 Calories
- 57g Carbs
- 28g Protein
- 15g Fat
METHOD:
- Mix your oats and whey together then add almond milk and stir until oats are coated - should be in between runny and sticky
- Pop in the microwave for 1 min, remove and stir. Continue this for 30 second intervals until your porridge is at desired consistency
- Top porridge with berries, chocolate spread and crumble your biscuit
