INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 60g Uncooked Wholewheat Pasta
- 42g Garlic & Herb Philadelphia
- 110g Raw Chicken Breast
- 100g Leeks
- 90g Mushrooms
- 1/2 Green Pepper
- 15g Mature Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 20g Chorizo
- Handful Spinach Leaves
MACROS:
- 618 Calories
- 57g Carbs
- 49g Protein
- 20g Fat
METHOD:
- Cook the pasta as per packet instructions and set aside
- Heat a large frying pan and spray with fry light, add the diced chicken and chorizo and cook until the chicken is turning white on all sides
- Add the mushrooms and leeks to the pan and combine, cook until the veg begins to soften
- Add the peppers and stir, cook for a further minute
- Add the philadelphia and grated cheese and stir until melted
- Stir in the spinach to wilt and serve!
