INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 20g Sliced Chorizo
- 100g Egg Whites
- 15g Grated Cheddar Cheese
MACROS:

METHOD:
- Heat a pan and spray with olive oil fry light, add the chorizo slices evenly spread out and cook for around 30 seconds on a high heat
- Add the egg whites and turn the pan down to medium, let the egg white start to form
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly and fold the omelette in half, turn it over to ensure it has cooked through
