- 100g Mushrooms
- 130g Sweet Chilli Chicken Breast Slices
- 125g Microwave Coconut Rice

METHOD:
- Spray a large frying pan with olive oil fry light
- Add the mushrooms and leek and cook until softened
- Add the chicken and rice and cook until hot
