INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Crumpets
- 2 Slices of Cooked Ham
- Splash of Milk
- Salt & Pepper
MACROS:
- 415 Calories
- 42g Carbs
- 32g Protein
- 13g Fat
METHOD:
- Pop crumpets into toaster
- Crack two eggs into a microwavable bowl
- Add splash of milk salt and pepper to eggs and whisk
- Pop into microwave for around a minute until they start to take shape
- Remove and whisk
- Add back to microwave – dependent on how you like your eggs check on them every 10-15 seconds and whisk until they are at desired consistency
- Take crumpets out of toaster and add ham to them
- Add scrambled eggs on top of ham
- Serve
