INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 140g Aldi Skinny 5% Fat Meatballs
- 100g Leeks
- 90g Mushrooms
- 65g Red Onion
- 60g Uncooked Wholewheat Pasta
- 42g Garlic & Herb Philadelphia
- 15g Light Grated Cheese
MACROS:
- 674 Calories
- 74g Carbs
- 54g Protein
- 17g Fat
METHOD:
- Pre-heat the oven to 190’c and cook the meatballs as per instructions, set aside once cooked
- Add the pasta to a saucepan and cook as per instructions, once cooked set aside
- Spray a large frying pan with fry light and add the onion, leeks and mushrooms, cook until softened
- Once everything is cooked, add all ingredients to the large pan and combine
- Add the philadelphia and grated cheese and stir until melted
