INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 50g Rolled Oats
- 40g Vanilla Whey Protein
- 60g Greek Yogurt
- 1 Jammy Dodger Biscuit
- 15g Raspberry Jam
- 40g Fresh Raspberries
MACROS:
- 560 Calories
- 64g Carbs
- 38g Protein
- 15g Fat
METHOD:
- Mix the oats and protein powder with cold water to create a thick mixture
- Top with the greek yogurt
- Seal the lid and pop it in the fridge overnight
- In the morning: Add the jam and raspberries to the top of the overnight oats
- Roughly chop the jammy dodger and sprinkle it over the top
