INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Sesame Seed Bagel
- 10g Lurpak Light
- 100g Mushrooms
- 1/2 Snap Pot Baked Beans
MACROS:

- 37g Carbs
- 36g Protein
- 17g Fat
METHOD:
- Roughly chop your mushrooms and add them to a frying pan with a little fry light and cook
- Pop your bagel in the toaster, beans in the microwave and eggs in the pan, cook all until done
- Butter your bagel and plate everything up
- Serve
