- 150g Basil Pesto Marinated King Prawns
- 125g Microwave Coconut Rice
- 50g Avocado
- Handful Mixed Leaves

METHOD:
- Pop the rice in the microwave for 2 minutes as per instructions
- Meanwhile, slice the avocado and add your other ingredients to a bowl
- Add half the bag of rice to the bowl and combine
