INGREDIENTS: (Serves 2)
- 150g Steak (Visible Fat Removed) Cut Into Thin Slices
- Sea Salt & Ground Black Pepper
- Low Cal Cooking Spray
- 4 Mushrooms
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Pepper
- 75g Light Spreadable Cheese
- 2 Gluten Free Ciabatta Rolls

- 350 Calories

- 18g Protein
- 19g Fat
METHOD:
- Season the steak well with salt and pepper and set it aside for 5 mins
- Spray a non-stick frying pan with low cal cooking spray and place over a high heat.Add the steak slices and cook for 3-4 minutes or until they are cooked to your preference, remove from the pan and transfer to a bowl
- Spray the pan with a little more low cal spray then add the mushrooms, onion and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until they soften. Remove from the heat
- Stir the spreadable cheese onto the steak and mix well, then add the steak to the pan with the veg and stir
- Fill the two ciabatta rolls with the equal quantities of the steak mix, replace top of the roll and serve
