INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 60g Dry Pasta
- 50g Cooked Chicken Breast
- 100g Cooked King Prawns
- 25g Eat Lean Grated Cheese
- 1 Boursin Square
- Handful Spinach
MACROS:
- 450 Calories
- 41g Carbs
- 47g Protein
- 10g Fat
METHOD:
- Cook your pasta in a saucepan as per packet instructions, strain and set aside
- Meanwhile, add the cooked chicken and prawns to a frying pan with a little fry light to heat through
- Add the pasta, boursin square and cheese to the pan with the chicken and prawns and combine until all cheese has melted
- Add the spinach and stir through to wilt
