INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 200g Aldi Garlic & Herb Raw King Prawns
- 125g Microwave Basmati Rice
- 1/2 Broccoli
- 10g Light Soy Sauce

- 6g Fat
METHOD:
- Heat a large frying pan with garlic fry light and add the prawns, cook for around 4 mins until the prawns are nearly cooked through
- Meanwhile, add the chopped broccoli to a microwaveable dish with a splash of water. Put it in the microwave for 2-3 mins to begin softening
- Once the broccoli is done in the microwave, add it to the frying pan along with half the bag of basmati rice and combine. Allow everything to cook together for another 2-3 minutes
- Add the soy sauce and stir. Leave for 1 minute and then serve

Try replacing the prawns with tempeh or tofu!
